1 cup natural raw almonds
3 cups water
1 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions: Add water, almonds, honey and vanilla to blender. Blend at low speed for one minute; then process at high speed for three minutes. Strain through cheesecloth or other fine filter. Refrigerate. If you prefer thicker milk, use slightly less water, or simmer on low heat to desired consistency prior to refrigeration.

Almond milk is a great substitute in milk shakes, protein shakes, and even lattes.
