Cranberry-ALMOND Salad…

1 head red leaf lettuce
2 cups fresh spinach
1/8 red onion
1 fresh apple
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
1/4 cup Onion-Garlic Almonds
Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic Powder

Wash and chop lettuce and spinach. Thinly slice red onion and spread over lettuce/spinach in bowl. Dice apple and sprinkle over greens. Sprinkle the dried cranberries over salad. Chop the onion-garlic almonds and add to top of salad. Add a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic power. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss the salad. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the top and serve immediately.
